AI in Brazil-China Sourcing: How Technology is Revolutionizing Agribusiness Imports

📅 May 15, 2026

How artificial intelligence and digital platforms are reducing time, cost and risk in the search for suppliers between Brazil and China.

The era of sending dozens of emails and waiting weeks for responses from Chinese suppliers is coming to an end. Those who strategically use technology and AI gain a clear competitive advantage in the Brazil-China market.

In my ecosystem of over 500 Agro sites and platforms, serving both Brazilian buyers and Chinese suppliers, I have implemented AI tools that provide 24/7 pre-service, qualify leads, translate technical negotiations and match supply with demand.

How AI is transforming sourcing

🔍 Intelligent supplier search

AI tools quickly cross-reference data from Chinese platforms, export history, certifications and production capacity, filtering relevant options in minutes.

🌐 Accurate technical translation

Specialized AI systems can translate agribusiness technical terms (weight, resistance, tolerances, etc.) much more accurately than traditional tools.

🤖 Automatic lead qualification

AI answers frequently asked questions, sends personalized catalogs and calculates landed cost estimates, freeing up time to focus only on qualified leads.

📊 Price and trend monitoring

Automatic alerts on raw material price fluctuations, freight and products help identify the best time to buy.

Realistic hypothetical example

An agricultural inputs company was looking for new packaging suppliers. Using AI tools, they reduced research and quotation time from several weeks to just a few days, identifying options with price differences between 12% and 18% compared to their current supplier, while maintaining the same quality standards.

Conclusion

Technology doesn't replace human experience — it amplifies the capabilities of a professional who understands both the Brazilian and Chinese markets. Those who combine market knowledge with AI tools get ahead.

ESG in the Brazil-China Supply Chain: The Evolution of Sustainable Practices in Chinese Factories

📅 June 20, 2026

How China is rapidly advancing in ESG and how Brazilian companies can benefit from this trend.

For a long time, China was mainly associated with large-scale production. In recent years, however, the country has made significant progress in ESG practices, especially in renewable energy, emission reduction and social responsibility.

Notable advances in China

  • 🌞 Global leadership in solar, wind and battery energy
  • 🎯 Ambitious national carbon neutrality targets
  • 📈 Significant growth in environmental and social certifications (BSCI, Sedex, ISO 14001, GRS, etc.)

Opportunity for Brazilian companies

Importers who prioritize suppliers with good ESG practices can meet large client requirements, improve their own image and often justify better margins.

Realistic hypothetical example

A company producing packaging for agricultural inputs decided to prioritize Chinese suppliers with environmental certifications and renewable energy use. This facilitated winning contracts with cooperatives that require sustainability reports, while also improving the perceived value of the final product.

Practical recommendation

When requesting quotes, include questions about renewable energy consumption, waste management, environmental certifications and availability of ESG reports. This filter is becoming increasingly relevant in the market.

Conclusion

China is rapidly changing its stance on sustainability. Brazilian companies that incorporate ESG criteria into their purchasing decisions not only do the right thing — they also build lasting competitive advantage.

The Impact of the Canton Fair on Global Business and How to Leverage Chinese Creation Capacity

📅 April 5, 2026

Why the Canton Fair moves billions of dollars and how you can leverage Chinese innovation and scale to your advantage.

The Canton Fair is much more than a business fair. It is the largest ecosystem of innovation, scale and global connections on the planet. Billions of dollars are negotiated each edition, but the real impact goes far beyond the numbers.

Why does the Canton Fair move billions?

The answer is simple: China became the world's factory not by chance, but because of its real capacity to produce with quality, scale and speed. And the Canton Fair is the showcase of that power.

In each edition, over 25,000 exhibitors and 200,000 buyers from 200+ countries meet in Guangzhou. The volume of business closed during the fair exceeds US$ 50 billion per edition.

What I've learned in 30+ years of Canton Fair

After more than 30 trips to China and hundreds of projects started at the fair, I can say: the biggest mistake is treating the Canton Fair as just a fair. It is a market intelligence platform.

1. Global trends are born there

What is launched at the Canton Fair today will be sold worldwide in the next 6 to 12 months. Those who don't follow, fall behind.

2. Chinese innovation is underestimated

Many still think that China only copies. That is a mistake. The Chinese capacity for incremental innovation and rapid adaptation is impressive.

3. Scale changes everything

What seems expensive in China becomes cheap when you understand scale. Volume reduces cost, and the Canton Fair is where you find those with real production capacity.

How to leverage this impact in your favor

You don't need to be a multinational to take advantage of the Canton Fair. Small and medium enterprises can also benefit, as long as they come prepared.

Strategy for small businesses

  • Focus on mid-sized suppliers (more flexible)
  • Start with test orders (shared container)
  • Use local representation if you can't travel
  • Prioritize quality, not just price

Strategy for large companies

  • Evaluate dozens of suppliers, but filter with AI
  • Negotiate exclusivity and market protection
  • Develop custom products (OEM/ODM)
  • Build long-term relationships

Chinese capacity to create

What impresses me most after 30 years working with Chinese is the speed of execution. While in the West a project takes months, in China it can take weeks — with quality.

This capacity is not magic. It is the result of:

  • Integrated supply chain
  • Skilled and abundant labor
  • Cutting-edge logistics infrastructure
  • Results-oriented work culture

Conclusion

The Canton Fair is not just a fair. It is the thermometer of global trade, the showcase of Chinese innovation, and the best opportunity for Brazilian companies that want to be competitive in the international market.

The secret is not just being there. It is knowing what to look for, how to negotiate, and how to build long-term partnerships. Those who learn this get ahead.

2026 is the Year of the Horse in the Chinese zodiac. But what does this mean for business between Brazil and China? Much more than you might imagine.

The Chinese zodiac is not just superstition. It influences business decisions, partnerships, and even the right time to launch products or close deals.

What does the Year of the Horse mean?

The Horse is the seventh animal in the Chinese zodiac. Horse years occur every 12 years: 1978, 1990, 2002, 2014, 2026.

Characteristics of the Horse:

  • 🐎 Energy and vitality
  • 🐎 Independence and freedom
  • 🐎 Speed and dynamism
  • 🐎 Communication and sociability
  • 🐎 Honesty (sometimes brutal)

How does the Year of the Horse affect business?

1. Year of movement and changes

The Horse is an animal that never stops. In business, this means quick opportunities and rapid transformations.

2. Communication is key

The Horse is sociable and communicative. Invest in networking and direct communication channels with Chinese partners.

3. Beware of impulsiveness

The Horse can also be impatient and impulsive. Avoid closing contracts without proper due diligence.

Practical tips for negotiating in the Year of the Horse

1. Be direct but polite

Chinese value harmony, but the Horse appreciates honesty. Find the balance.

2. Use the year's energy to your advantage

The Horse favors quick negotiations. Prepare in advance to make agile decisions.

3. Invest in in-person relationships

Despite technology, the Horse values real encounters. Visit your partners in China during this year.

Conclusion

The Year of the Horse is not a mystical prediction, but an important cultural reminder: business with China is more successful when you understand and respect local beliefs and traditions.

📅 January 15, 2026

Exact dates, purchasing windows and how to negotiate deadlines with Chinese suppliers during the largest human movement on the planet.

The Chinese New Year is the largest human movement on the planet. More than 3 billion trips occur in just a few weeks. For those doing business with China, this means one thing: COMPLETE STOP.

If you don't prepare in advance, your inventory may run empty, your orders may be delayed for months, and your customers will look for another supplier.

Chinese New Year 2026 Dates

The Year of the Horse officially begins on February 17, 2026. But the business impact goes far beyond this date.

Pre-holiday (January to mid-February)

  • January 15-31: Last window to close orders before the stop
  • February 1-10: Factories begin to reduce production
  • February 11-16: Workers start traveling. Minimal or zero production

Official holiday (February 17-23)

  • Complete stop: No production, no service, no response
  • WeChat offline: Many suppliers only respond after the holiday

Post-holiday (February 24 to mid-March)

  • February 24-28: Gradual return. Factories reopen, but production still slow
  • March 1-15: Production normalization
  • After March 15: Normal production speed

Business Impact

What stops?

  • 🚫 Factory production
  • 🚫 Customer service (WeChat, email, phone)
  • 🚫 Sample shipping
  • 🚫 Quality inspections
  • 🚫 Shipping and logistics

Purchasing schedule to avoid delays

For orders needed by May/2026

  • By November 15, 2025: Start quoting and supplier selection
  • By December 15, 2025: Close order and pay deposit
  • By January 15, 2026: Production and first shipments
  • After January 15, 2026: High risk of delay due to holiday

Strategies to minimize impact

1. Anticipate your orders

Everything you need for the first half of 2026 must be ordered by December 15, 2025.

2. Negotiate deadlines now

Talk to your suppliers while there's still time.

3. Have a Plan B

Maintain a safety stock of 30-60 days for critical products.

Conclusion

The Chinese New Year is not a problem if you plan ahead. It's an opportunity to demonstrate professionalism and build lasting relationships with your suppliers.

How to Prepare for the Two Major Stoppages: Carnival in Brazil and Chinese New Year

📅 December 5, 2025

Strategies to keep your operation running during the two major stoppages of the first quarter.

The first quarter of the year is a challenge for those working with Brazil-China trade. Two major stoppages happen in sequence: Carnival in Brazil and Chinese New Year.

If you don't plan ahead, you could face up to 60 days without production, without shipments, and without responses. Here's what you need to know to not be caught off guard.

The 2026 stoppage calendar

Carnival in Brazil

  • Dates: February 14-18, 2026
  • Impact: Ports, airports, customs, and transporters operate with reduced staff
  • Recovery: Normalization from February 19

Chinese New Year

  • Dates: February 17-23, 2026 (official)
  • Real impact: 15-30 day stoppage (from mid-January to mid-March)
  • Recovery: Production normalizes only after March 15

The problem: both stoppages overlap

In 2026, Carnival and Chinese New Year happen practically together. This means for about 30-45 days, you may have:

  • ❌ No production in China
  • ❌ No response from Chinese suppliers (WeChat offline)
  • ❌ No shipments leaving China
  • ⚠️ Brazilian ports operating with reduced staff (Carnival)
  • ⚠️ Slower domestic transportation in Brazil

Strategies to keep your operation running

1. Anticipate your orders (the golden rule)

Everything you need for the first half of 2026 must be ordered by December 15, 2025.

2. Calculate your safety stock

For critical products, maintain stock for 60 to 90 days.

3. Negotiate with suppliers now

Ask your Chinese partners about their holiday schedule.

4. Prepare your Brazilian customers

Be transparent about delivery timelines.

Ideal schedule for 2026

For products needed by May/2026

  • By November 15, 2025: Start quoting
  • By December 15, 2025: Close order and pay deposit
  • January 2026: Production in China
  • By February 10, 2026: Shipments leaving China
  • March 2026: Arrival in Brazil (after Carnival)

What to avoid

  • ❌ Leaving orders for January (too late)
  • ❌ Believing suppliers will respond during the holiday
  • ❌ Ignoring Carnival's impact on Brazilian ports
  • ❌ Not having safety stock

Conclusion

Carnival and Chinese New Year stoppages are predictable. Those who plan ahead don't suffer delays. Those who leave it to the last minute run out of stock and lose customers.

Start your planning now. Talk to your suppliers. Calculate your stock. And ensure your operation doesn't stop in 2026.

Run Before the Chinese Holiday: How to Anticipate Chinese New Year and Avoid Delays

📅 November 10, 2025

Strategic planning to not be caught off guard by the 15-30 day stoppage of Chinese factories.

Every year it's the same story: Brazilian companies leave orders to China in January, forget about Chinese New Year, and run out of stock in March. Don't make this mistake.

Chinese New Year (春节 - Chūn Jié) is the most important date on the Chinese calendar. And for those doing business with China, it means one thing: COMPLETE STOP.

Why is the Chinese holiday so problematic?

Unlike Christmas or Carnival in Brazil, where everything continues operating (even with reduced staff), Chinese New Year is a COMPLETE stoppage.

What stops during the holiday?

  • 🏭 Factory production (zero)
  • 📧 Customer service (WeChat, email, phone)
  • 📦 Sample shipping
  • 🔍 Quality inspections
  • 🚢 Shipping and logistics
  • 🏦 Banking for international transfers

How long does the stoppage last?

The official holiday lasts only 7 days. But the real impact is 15 to 30 days.

Deadline for orders

December 15, 2025 is the deadline to close your orders to be produced and shipped BEFORE the holiday.

Ideal schedule

  • By October/2025: Quoting and supplier selection
  • By November/2025: Negotiation and samples
  • By December 15, 2025: Order closed and deposit paid
  • January/2026: Production and shipping
  • February/2026: Holiday (nothing happens)
  • March/2026: Arrival in Brazil

What to do if you missed the deadline

1. Consider traveling to China during the holiday

It sounds crazy, but going to China during Chinese New Year can be strategic for relationship building.

2. Use trading companies

Trading companies usually have reduced staff during the holiday but still partially function.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • ❌ Thinking the holiday only lasts one week
  • ❌ Leaving orders for January
  • ❌ Not having safety stock
  • ❌ Trying to negotiate with suppliers during the holiday

Conclusion

Chinese New Year is not a problem for those who plan. It's a predictable event with fixed dates every year. Those who ignore it suffer. Those who prepare get ahead.

Start your planning now. Talk to your suppliers. Calculate your deadlines. And ensure your stock won't run out in 2026.

How to Develop Products in China: Is It Worth Traveling or Hiring a Local Developer?

📅 October 15, 2025

Cost-benefit analysis between traveling to China (R$20k+) or hiring a local developer. When each option makes sense.

One of the questions I receive most often is: "Lincoln, is it better for me to travel to China to develop my product or hire someone who is already there?"

The answer is not simple. It depends on your product, budget, timeline, and long-term goals. Let's analyze both options.

Option 1: Travel to China (Do It Yourself)

Cost breakdown

  • ✈️ Airfare: R$5,000 to R$10,000
  • 🏨 Accommodation (10-15 days): R$3,000 to R$6,000
  • 🍜 Food and local transport: R$2,000 to R$4,000
  • 🛂 Chinese visa: R$300 to R$600
  • 📱 Data SIM/VPN: R$200 to R$500
  • 💸 Lost work time: R$5,000 to R$20,000+

Estimated total: R$15,000 to R$40,000+

Advantages

  • ✅ Total control over the process
  • ✅ You see and touch the product before deciding
  • ✅ Direct negotiation with factories
  • ✅ Builds personal relationships with suppliers

Disadvantages

  • ❌ High cost
  • ❌ 10-15 days away from your business
  • ❌ Language barrier
  • ❌ Difficult to evaluate multiple suppliers alone

Option 2: Hire a Local Developer (Representative in China)

Cost breakdown

  • 💼 Development fees: USD 2,000 to USD 10,000
  • 📞 Communication (WeChat, video calls): free
  • 📦 Sample shipping: USD 50 to USD 200
  • ✅ Zero travel cost
  • ✅ Zero lost work days

Advantages

  • ✅ Saves time
  • ✅ Professional with experience and network
  • ✅ Access to multiple suppliers quickly
  • ✅ Mandarin negotiation (better prices)
  • ✅ Factory due diligence

When each option makes sense

Travel is better when:

  • You have travel budget (R$20k+)
  • You want to experience the culture personally
  • Your product requires tactile evaluation
  • You plan multiple trips

Hire a local developer is better when:

  • Your budget is limited
  • You can't stop your business for 10-15 days
  • You need quick access to multiple suppliers
  • You don't speak Mandarin

My recommendation

For most small and medium Brazilian companies, hiring a local developer makes more sense.

Hybrid model: best of both worlds

  1. Hire a local developer for quoting, supplier selection, and first samples
  2. Travel only to close the deal after suppliers are pre-selected

Packaging

80% of Packaging is Poorly Designed: How to Identify and Fix the Errors

📅 September 10, 2025

The 4 classic problems that make your logistics more expensive and how to solve them with simple redesign techniques.

After analyzing hundreds of products and packages over 30 years, I can state: 80% of packaging is poorly designed. And it costs you money.

Empty spaces, wrong sizes, inefficient cubing. Each of these errors represents money wasted on freight, storage, and logistics.

The 4 classic packaging problems

1. Larger than necessary sizes

Many companies use "standard" packaging that is much larger than the product needs.

2. Internal empty spaces

Products loose inside packaging, excess bubble wrap, poorly sized dividers.

3. Products without display or intermediate boxes

Products going straight from crate to shelf create inefficiency.

4. Poorly calculated quantities per point of sale

Packaging with quantities that don't match customer orders.

The real cost of these errors

Freight impact (real example)

With a 30% volume reduction, the same container carries 42% more units for the same freight cost.

Storage impact

Poorly designed packaging takes up more space in your warehouse.

How to identify problems in your packaging

Diagnostic checklist

  • ☐ Does the product move inside the packaging?
  • ☐ Does the packaging stack well on pallets?
  • ☐ Does the packaging shape utilize 100% of the pallet?
  • ☐ Have you measured your product's exact volume?

Correction techniques that work

1. Extreme downsizing

Reduce packaging to the smallest possible size without compromising protection.

2. Shape change

Rectangular or square shapes utilize space better than round shapes.

3. Eliminate empty spaces

Use inserts, supports, or change product arrangement inside the box.

Real example I conducted

A cleaning industry client came to me with high freight costs. We redesigned the packaging from 1,543 cm³ to 752 cm³ — a 52% volume reduction — increasing container capacity from 17,000 to 35,000 units.

Conclusion

Packaging is not just protection. It's logistics strategy. It's cost reduction. It's competitive advantage.

Private Label in China: How to Have Your Brand Produced with Quality and Low Cost

📅 August 20, 2025

Step by step to develop products with your brand in China. From technical specification to scale production.

Having your own brand is the dream of many entrepreneurs. But producing in China with your brand (Private Label or OEM) can seem complicated for those who have never done it.

The truth is that it is simpler than it seems — as long as you have the right partner and follow the correct steps.

What is Private Label?

Private Label means you hire a Chinese factory to produce a product with YOUR brand. The factory handles production, you handle branding, marketing, and sales.

Advantages of Private Label in China

  • ✅ Much lower production cost than in Brazil
  • ✅ Scale: Chinese factories produce large volumes
  • ✅ Quality: many factories have international certifications
  • ✅ Flexibility: customize color, size, material, packaging
  • ✅ Exclusivity: the brand is yours, no one else sells the same product with your name

Step by step to do Private Label in China

Step 1: Define the product and specifications

Before talking to any supplier, you need to know EXACTLY what you want: material, size, color, weight, packaging, quantity, certifications.

Step 2: Find specialized suppliers

Don't choose the first supplier that appears. Use reliable sources: Canton Fair, Alibaba (filter by "Gold Supplier"), recommendations from professionals.

Step 3: Request samples

Never close a large order without first seeing the physical sample.

Step 4: Negotiate price and conditions

With the sample approved, negotiate: price per unit, MOQ, production lead time, payment terms.

Step 5: Sign a bilingual contract

Have a contract in Portuguese/Chinese or English/Chinese with detailed specifications, delivery dates, penalties, warranty conditions.

Step 6: Monitor production

Ask for photos and videos. Hire third-party quality inspection before shipment.

Step 7: Organize logistics

Hire a freight forwarder, prepare documentation, calculate final landed cost.

Essential precautions

Register your brand in Brazil FIRST

Don't send your logo to China without first registering your brand with INPI.

Protect your intellectual property

For innovative products, consider registered patents or industrial design.

Start with a small order

Make a pilot order of 20-30% of the final quantity. Test. Then scale.

Conclusion

Private Label in China is an excellent path for those who want to have their own brand with competitive costs. It's not complicated, but it requires planning and the right partners.

International Logistics: How to Optimize Your Container and Reduce Freight Costs

📅 July 15, 2025

Logistics hierarchy, cubing, cargo consolidation. Learn techniques that can reduce your freight by up to 60%.

International freight is one of the biggest cost villains in importation. Many companies pay too much simply because they don't optimize their container properly.

In this article I show the main logistics optimization techniques I've used for over 30 years that can reduce your freight cost by up to 60%.

Understanding the Logistics Hierarchy

Before anything else, you need to understand the 3 optimization levels:

  1. Level 1 – Product: Design and packaging (downsizing)
  2. Level 2 – Secondary Packaging: Boxes, pallets, internal cubage
  3. Level 3 – Container: How to intelligently load the container

Most efficient techniques to reduce freight costs

1. Perfect Cubage Optimization

Most containers sail at only 60-70% capacity. With good cubage you can reach 90-95%.

2. Cargo Consolidation

Instead of importing several products in separate containers, consolidate everything into one. Average reduction of 25-40% in freight.

3. Smart choice of container type

40' HC is usually the best option for most agribusiness products.

4. Correct Palletization

Badly sized pallets generate huge space loss.

Real case: 58% freight reduction

A client was using 3 x 20' containers per month. After full optimization, they reduced to just 1 x 40' HC container per month, saving US$ 4,800 monthly.

Conclusion

Reducing freight cost doesn't depend only on negotiating with the shipping company. The biggest savings come from logistics intelligence applied from product design to container loading.

Reduce Your Landed Cost by 40% with Packaging Downsizing

📅 June 10, 2025

Discover how packaging reengineering can reduce your total import cost by up to 40%. With a real case of 52% volume reduction.

One of the biggest mistakes when importing from China is thinking that the product cost is the main factor. In reality, the landed cost is often dominated by freight, packaging, and volume.

In this article I show how we managed to reduce landed cost by up to 40% just by redesigning packaging — including a real case with 52% volume reduction.

Why does packaging impact cost so much?

Most packaging used in Brazilian agribusiness and industry is oversized. This causes:

  • Higher volume per container → fewer pieces per shipment
  • More expensive freight (sea and air)
  • Higher storage costs in Brazil
  • More damage during transport

Real case: 52% volume reduction

A client imported plastic supports for agricultural machines. After redesign:

  • Volume per unit dropped from 0.018 m³ to 0.0087 m³
  • Quantity per 40' HC container increased from 2,800 to 4,300 units
  • 35% reduction in sea freight cost
  • Annual savings: R$ 187 thousand

Most effective Downsizing techniques

1. Elimination of dead space

Redesign the product or components to fit better together.

2. Material change

Replace thick cardboard with reusable plastic or flexible packaging when possible.

3. Optimized secondary packaging

Use vacuum bags or shrink film instead of large boxes.

4. Full cubage analysis

Calculate real volume from factory to final customer.

How to implement in your product

  1. Map the complete current logistics flow
  2. Ask your Chinese supplier for 3 different packaging proposals
  3. Calculate landed cost for all 3 options
  4. Test with a pilot batch before full change

Conclusion

Reducing packaging size is one of the fastest and cheapest ways to improve import margins. Often delivers better results than just negotiating the product price.

In 2025, the fair returns in full force after post-pandemic adjustments, and those who know how to prepare properly can close excellent deals — whether in person or remotely.

Why is the Canton Fair still worth it in 2025?

Even with the growth of online commerce (1688, Alibaba, etc.), the Canton Fair maintains unique advantages:

  • Ability to see and touch the product physically
  • Direct negotiation with the manufacturer (not a trader)
  • Volume of suppliers in one place (over 25,000 exhibitors)
  • Launch of new collections and trends

How to choose the right supplier at the Canton Fair?

Don't fall into the trap of choosing only by the lowest price. Here are the criteria I've used for over 30 years:

1. Check the factory's real specialization

Many exhibitors are traders disguised as manufacturers. Ask:

  • How many years have they produced this product?
  • What is the monthly production capacity?
  • Can they show the production line (photos or video)?

2. Analyze quality with technical samples

Request samples with the exact specifications you need (material, weight, dimensions, resistance, certifications). Never accept "it's almost the same".

3. Understand the export structure

Ask:

  • Do they export directly or need a trading company?
  • Have they exported to Brazil or Latin America before?
  • Which Incoterm do they master (FOB, CIF, DDP)?

4. Evaluate customization capacity

For private label or special packaging, test the factory's flexibility from the start.

5. Check important certifications

For the Brazilian market, prioritize suppliers with:

  • ISO 9001
  • BSCI or Sedex (social responsibility)
  • Specific certifications for your product (e.g., FDA, CE, etc.)

Practical strategy for those attending the fair

  • Days 1-3: Focus on broad research
  • Days 4-6: Return only to the most promising suppliers with a list of technical questions
  • Bring samples of your competitors or current product for comparison
  • Use an experienced Chinese translator (don't rely only on Google Translate)

Strategy for those who can't attend (remote hiring)

Many of my clients achieve excellent results without traveling. The secret is:

  • Have a reliable representative in China
  • Conduct factory video calls
  • Request pre-shipment inspection
  • Start with a smaller order (test) before large volumes

Mistakes you should avoid

  • Closing a deal on the first day
  • Not asking for a bilingual contract (Portuguese/Chinese or English/Chinese)
  • Paying 30% or more deposit without knowing the supplier
  • Ignoring the importance of packaging in the total cost (landed cost)

Conclusion

The Canton Fair 2025 will be an excellent opportunity for those who arrive prepared. The biggest differentiator is not being there, but knowing exactly what to look for and how to negotiate.
